I subscribe to creative cloud, why does it think i am in a trial?

I subscribe to creative cloud, why does it think i am in a trial? I subscribe every month... every time i go to open up an app like illustrator it asks for a serial number even though it knows im signed into an account associated with the creative cloud subscription... Can you guys please help me out.

I'd appreciate any help i can get.
