subscription credit card update broken

Thank you for subscribing to Creative Cloud membership (one-year).  The credit card used for your subscription will expire soon.  Please log in at http://www.adobe.com/go/billing_detail?event=displaySubscriptionDetail &subscriptionAccountID=XXX&store=OLS-UK to update your credit card information as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to your product.

But when I try this, there is no option to update my credit card (and yes, I have looked at similar questions in the forum, and they don't help me).

Which doesn't quite look like my screen (I have "Manage" where it says "Active", and there are no "edit" or "EDIT BILLING" options).

 

I've also tried https://www.adobe.com/uk/account/account-information.html (My Information). This is quite tantilising, because while the page is loading the "Jump to:" section includes "My Adobe ID", "My personal profile", "My address book" and "My payment information". However, once the page loads, "My payment information" disappears from the list.

 

I have tried to call Adobe three times, but was left on hold for ages. I've also found that the "Chat Now" customer services are worse than useless. Their only advice it to phone. Stalemate!

 

ONCE AGAIN, I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I AM RECEIVING. IF I TREATED MY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY, I SOON WOULDN'T HAVE ANY. COME ON, ADOBE! THIS IS A DISGRACE!
