My CC expired in February so I updated my Creative Cloud account with a new CC. My subscription is now once again listed as "active" under my account but I'm unable to use any Adobe programs as they all say the my subscription has expired. The only option is to "Try Again" which results in the same error message or "wait 15 minutes" which also has done nothing.
This is one of the great fears of subscription based software...not having it when it's needed.
Anything else I can try to regain access to my software?
