Adobe will NOT allow me to cancel creative cloud

Hi, Ive been using creative cloud for nine months or so but no longer need acces to all that software. After much digging around on their site I finally found a link to a customer service dept where I could cancel. The customer service center is in India and, as far as I can tell, you can only speak to an agent via a pop up instant message system.

 

So on Feb 27th I speak to an agent hoping to cancel my order before the next payment went out. After speaking with the guy for thirty minutes he finally told me he could not cancel due to a technical reason and that he was referring me to a higher dept and someone would get back to me in 2-3 days. I pointed out that in 2-3 days I would have been charged again but he said dont worry theyll refund it.

 

So a week goes by and nobody gets back to me. I go back online and speak to another agent for another 30 mins. (by the way the customer service was extremely poor - he left me waiting for ten minutes without a response at one point.) Anyway, he eventually gets back and tells me the same thing - cant cancel due to a technical reason and that someome will get back to me in a days time. Four days later and nobody has got back to me.

 

I think this is outrageous! Any customer surely has the right to cancel their subscription. Does anybody know another way I can move forward to resolve this situation?

 

Is anyone here from Adobe who can help me out?
