Each time I open Application Manager I get this message:
We’ve encountered the following issues:
Adobe Genuine Software Validation Failure. The product you are trying to install is not an Adobe Genuine Software and appears to be counterfeit.
I tried logging in online to download the program I wanted and get the same message.
It has been a couple of months since I used any of the programs I got with the Creative Cloud membership or logged into the site for any reason. There have been some Windows updates since then, and I have installed one new non-Adobe program. Other than that, there have been no changes to my system i can think of that could be causing this.
