When I try to launch Application Manager it throws a Download Error, telling my to contact customer support and only allowing me to quit. Clicking that customer support link, by the way, tries to open a document in TextMate, which refuses to have anything to do with it.

I have restarted the computer.
Whenever I start up my Mac, I have to log in to Creative Cloud, which goes without a hitch.
Nothing has changed with regards to firewalls since I downloaded the software that I have downloaded. However, I would like to download more of it, so need to be able to use the Application Manager.
