Why does Application Manager show that Lightroom 4.1 is installed when in fact it isn't?

I used Application Manager to download Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 4.1, and Muse. PS CS6 and Muse installed and launched correctly. Lightroom 4.1 stopped installing at 99%.  I attempted this 3 times.  I rebooted Windows s 7 and when I signed into Application Manager Lightroom was listed as installed when in fact it wasn't.  What next?
