Hi there,
There are around a large percent of user following and using creative cloud but in oder to install or download they start having issue ....
So here i am after a very good responce of 90% solved issue . I am here sharing the quick steps for CCM INSTALL OR DOWNLOAD OR LAUNCH PROGRAM ISSUES.........
This a are the steps which you need to follow...
For MAC users go to all these locations and move the files on trash :-
* go/utilities/adobe installer.
*go/application/and move each individual apps to trash.
* go/computer/machd/system/libarary/application support/adobe folder(delete)
download the cs cleaner for mac and select all and clean the rest app but dont remove the air or creative cloud installer.

then after cleaning sing out from application manager than use this link to update your application manager.

Then open the Application manager after updateing sign in and install all the app...
