Geographical limitations CC

Are there limitations of where in the world you can use your CC license? I run my business from the US but i work a lot in Switzerland. I haven't yet bought CC but I want to make sure there isn't ANY restrictions so that I use it anywhere in the world and for however much time. Otherwise I won't buy this system but instead go back to old school buying the CDs.
