I am just tired and fed up with Customer Service folks. They know nothing !!!!
I have a 1 year prepaid subscription which was suspended in 3 months. I am trying to get that active but these incompetent customer service folks cann't do it. I cannot use the product and I am paying fine to my clients. Customer service folks even do not know the prepaid subscription, he keeps asking me order number and credit card .... Just worse ...
I am calling and chatting them daily for last 10 days, they keep telling me they will contact in 24 hours. It has been 10 days now. They even gave false promise that if they cannot answer in 24 hours they will pay for CS6 Designer and clients fine. Wow!!!! You know what they are simply... you guys know what I mean .....
Can someone help me getting my product activated (As soon as possible)?
Or can someone give me direct number or email for escalation who can expedite the process?
This is a great product but these Customer Service folks are going to screw it up ... I am already looking for alternatives now ....
