I was billed twice on the same day for my subscription- that was over a week ago! I have contacted customer service twice since then - once by phone and once via chat - and I can honestly say that Adobe's support is unbelievably BAD! Each time I have been told to wait 2-3 days for a response and I am still waiting!!!! Meanwhile, my bank account is still out the money they stole and have yet to return.... very dissatisfied and want to cancel my subscription.
