Changing address from an overseas (Japan) to a United States address

I need to upgrade my CS3 to CS6 and the iCloud experience, however, the currency defaults to my last physical location (Japan).  I need to change my address and currency to reflect the United States and the dollar.

I can login, but when I click on update information, everything is in Katakana or Kanji or whatever it is.

Is there a way to reset the default to English?
