Really, seven phone calls and to fix a simple account error and it’s still not right? We somehow have two accounts. We purchased four seats of Creative Cloud for teams yesterday at the reduced rate because we are volume license customers; somehow this purchase was put on the wrong account. The order number is C0055011133, the confirmation was sent to the proper email address, but when I login to THIS account, it’s not there. When I login to the WRONG account, it is there. Why? I don’t care, this order was put on the wrong account. Can we get this fixed? I would like it moved to the proper account so we can start deployment. I have made SEVEN phone calls over two days. The last call was in progress to solve this problem and it was disconnected after 30 min. I then put in a request for a call back, which was promised after 8 min. It’s been two hours now. Should I have my Designers call you guys so we can get this fixed? This is frustrating and I would like an escalation, but how? We just need to change the PRIMARY ADMIN on the wrong account to start deployment. Geez guys.
