Lousy support with duplicated Creative Cloud Subsciptions

Adobe has created 3 Creative Cloud Subscriptions instead of 1 and is billing me for them all.

 

I think the 2nd subscription happened when I was prompted to renew my original subscription.

 

The 3rd one was created when I upgraded to Creative Cloud CS6 from CS5.5. or it may have been when  i had to download the fikles again after my hard drive was replaced recently.

 

I cannot get anyone at Adobe to communicate with me about this. The chat Help i got onto a few days ago was very unhelpful.... just insisted that I pay for them all...even though i never wanted 3 subscriptions.

 

Getting through on the Adobe support number is pretty well impossible. Come on Adobe - get your customer relations cleaned up! This is deplorable.
