Okay, here's the dealio.
Less than a month ago I signed up for a single-application subscription, $19.99/mo.
I am a college student, and now the student subscription, which includes ALL Creative Cloud apps and services, is available for the same price, $19.99/mo. I want to switch to that while it's available.
However, in the account management of my Creative Cloud, it only allows me to upgrade to the regular full package, which is 49.99/mo.
I've tried cancelling my current subscription, but I honestly can't figure out how to actually do that.
I've also tried going to the page where you select your plan and choosing the Student option, but when I click "Join", it just takes me to my current CC dashboard.
The offer expires in a month, so I'd appreciate it if I could get help with this asap.
If worst comes to worst, I'll just head up to the new Adobe HQ 15 minutes away from my house (Salt Lake City, Utah), barge in there and demand some answers
