Price after 1st year promotional offer ends & access to bonus features on single app "rental?"

I have not been able to easily find the answer to my questions and I've read through several pages of documentation. I own a licensed copy of CS3 and would be interested in the $29.99 Complete CC plan. After the year is up would the price then increase to $49.99 / month? (I assume that will be the price if you sign up for another year or $70/month if you go month-to-month.)  $50/month X 1 year = $600. This just seems incredibly high to me and it feels a bit greedy of Adobe, considering that they would effectively receive a continuous revene stream from users who may have previously only updated their software once every couple of years. (Even an update to the boxed software version didn't cost that much.) I'd be will to pay $30/year for Complete on a continuing basis, which I think is more than reasonable considering you are effectively "renting" software and own nothing. I'd be interested in seeing the data that Adobe is using to justify the costs involved because, again, from a user standpoint it seems excessive and looking like Adobe wants to instantly triple their profits rather than consider that we're still in an unstable economy and retaining their current customer base and helping them to make the transition to the cloud based system with a lower price model might be worth considering. (There, my rant is done.)

2nd question...

If the price goes to $50/month then I'll opt to "rent" only Photoshop. Would I still have access to all of the features of Photoshop like Device Central and Share My Screen?
