Let me tell you all of my recent experience upgrading to a full CC subscription.
I had a single application CC subscription, and am a CS6 Master Collection customer.
I saw the offer to upgrade to a full CC subscription offer of $19.95 for CS6 customers.
I called the number and was told to follow the instructions to upgrade and to ignor the $49.95 price because when I completed the upgrade I would automatically receive the discount.
I did the subscription upgrade, but the price did not change and have been charged the full amount.
I called again to try and get this corrected, but was told someone would have to call me. No one called, but I received an email that they tried to call, and for me to call them. I callled them and was told they could not help and someone would call me.
No one called.
I called the number and was told no one could help. but someone would call me. No one called.
I called back and was told no one could help, but the problem was escalated, and someone would call me. No one called.
