if somone came into my home and was casuing harm to me or my property. I clould legally defend myself and my home. In the US !
if someone ( Adobe ) came into my computer via the internet I cannot stop them. What is Adobe proposing that I do not have the right to prevent others from access to my machine. Is Adobe, suggesting they have the right to come into my machine and turn things off when they see fit. 
now if i rented the machine and i rented the space In wich I work from Adbaodoa then I could see the logic. However this is my home and acess to it or any of my things are to be my decision!
I for one am not drinking the Koooooool Aid, nor am I smoking that S%$^^T and sitting on there cloud. Even if it were cheap my machine is my Machine why would I want to grant Adobaodoa acess to it.
