I am having the same problems, my account showing my purchase of Creative Cloud subscription but "My subscriptions" saying I am not subscribed. The fact our stories are the same shows there is a problem which is very worrying!!!! The helpline experience has been the worst I have every experienced as I came away more stressed and frustrated then before the helpline chat, i was passed from one person to another, to another person.........I was made to feel I was no only one with this problem which obviously I am not.
