CC Typekit syncing, management

Will the type library offered be the enitre Adobe type library, or the Typekit Portflio plan library? (Or are these basically the same?)

Any details on local storage and management for type? Will my current Font manager (Fontcase) be able to manage Typekit synced fonts?

Also, which Typekit plan is included with a CC subscription? Portfolio or Performance?
