Licence code

Hello,

I have signed up to a 12 month personal plan and the application runs fine, but it's asking me for a licence code or to sign up for one. As I had valid licenced software before going cloud based, your system checks and confirms before purchasing, why am I being asked? It's not as if Adobe have even send me a code, as I assumed being cloud based I didn't need one?

So very confusing...
