Need help running the adobe cleaner tool

I have uninstalled CS5 off of my computer but I am also going to run the adobe cleaner tool as well to make sure all the files are gone. I have a stupid question to ask.  When I click on  the download link, should I click Open, save, or save as ? I went ahead and clicked on save as, and saved it to my download folder. When I go in and extract the files and then click on 'Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool' it tells me to insert a disk. When I insert the disk it says "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:"

It then somehow allowed me to start the process, so I enter what I wanted to do , which was uninstall ALL I then press e for english  but it then said : Please enter the option number of the product you wish to remove; enter <q> to quit   and then I can't see what else it says.

Can anyone tell me what I should type after I choose that I want to uninstall ALL.

I just took a wild guess and entered y for yes hoping it was asking me if I wanted to uninstall ALL .

And ..as soon as I enterd  y  I gave me this message.....

It then said : LOG FILE SAVED TO : C:/ Users/ myname/AppData/Local/Temp/Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool.log

Adobe Cleaner Suite Cleaner Tool completed successfully

So does that mean it has cleaned my computer of any tracing of adobe CS5 ??? I dont think it did because when I go to AppData >Local>Adobe> I then still see things that referenece to CS5 . I also see other files in other folders that reference CS5.

Someone Please help me =(
