Synch Folder How? (Why such a painful experience Adobe?)

I have been using Adobe products for 20+ years now.

I'm new (1 month) to Adobe Creative Cloud.

I'm really disappointed with the creative cloud.

I want to set up a folder on my laptop that synchs with the cloud and also synchs on my desktop machine.

Should be an easy process... In fact the Adobe instructions make it look easy, however when you attempt to follow the instructions, instead of "Download" the link says "Learn More". Why am I paying for something that is an essential part of the package and seeming not ready?

BUT WHEN I SIGN IN, I get the option to "Learn More" - Learn more about how rubbish this is?
