I've had an open case now for 20 days. 2...0...DAYS!

So can anyone from Adobe help expedite this issue? I understand it likely requires special handling. I've been patient. But now I just feel I'm being ignored.
Is there a customer service queue? And by now shouldn't I be at the top of it?
I have been asked for extra information, and I provided it within 2 days - and that was over a week ago! It took 10 days just for me to get an initial response.
