Creative Cloud and Behance/Prosite question

Hi guys,

My cousin Daniel is going to buy the Creative Cloud membership but won't be using Behance/Prosite included in the bundle, is there a problem if I use it instead of him?

I mean, I would use John Lewis as my portfolio in Behance/Prosite but the Creative Cloud would be registed in his name, is there any kind of problem with that?

I know that all of the content I put on Behance/Prosite would be property of him because he would be the one owning the account, but since we're cousins that wouldn't be a problem.
