Why is the Adobe Cloud so poorly administered by Adobe. I get upgrade from trial emails as well as a tab on my creative cloud to upgrade. I chatted the cloud support "foreign non english call center" and they informed me I had 18 creative cloud accounts under my email and said I was only allowed one, and Id have to contact technical support (though no attempt was made to give me any contact info) so I guess its now my fault and responsibility that Adobe cant or wont get there act together. This is the third major issue Ive had with Adobes cloud auto pilot effort. Im speaking in an echo chamber and caught in an endless loop hyperlink website. I suppose ill get a real person and an answer when I cancel, sad it has to come to that.and why is the community supposed to handle these sorts of issues and adobe cant.? back to my cs4 suite
