Who to contact for help with a Creative Cloud subscription problem?

Ok...  I am really getting to my wits end with this.  I subscribed to Creative Cloud on Nov. 25, 2012.  On, or around December 22nd, Photoshop started to ask for "subscription activation".  This was expected since I understand Creative Cloud has to be updated once a month.  The trouble was, it would not "take" and it would continually ask, or every other time bringing up Photoshop, it would ask, or every third time, etc.  Each time it might let me through to use Photoshop that time, or might simply drop out after "subscription activation" was confirmed.

I contacted help via the online "chat" function.  After 30 minutes or so, they told me it iwas a "technical problem" and that they could NOT help and that I had to call for help.

Since it was the weekend and then Chrismas was upon us, I called on the 26th (I believe) and they said they could not "see" anything wrong.  Photoshop came up the two times they tried, without issue.  20 minutes later, the subscription activation screen again appeared.

For some reason, after that, several days passed by without another request for activation with Photoshop and I "assumed" someone did "something" to correct the problem.

WRONG!!

Today, suddenly, the same is happening, only now with Acrobat, Dreamweaver and again, Photoshop.  Subscription Activation Request screen is coming on and again, not working.

I asked about this in this forum several days ago and have received no answers... which is fine, but now where do I turn for help??

I like the concept of the subscription service, it will certainly mean I use more Adobe products than I mgiht have otherwise and from a personal perspective, it is a good deal... BUT, not if it is not working.

At this point, since this problem came up at the first 30 day "reactivation" time period, I am over my 30 day, return time period, so I have to pay a fee to cancel the account.  Since it is NOT "my" doing (my account shows the subscription as active and paid up to date), I am not convinced that is appropriate, but I am about to to do it anyway because it is not working.  I'd rather go ahead and purchase the two or three Adobe programs I currently use and be done with it for a few years, than to continually go through this, but...  I'd like to avoid going that route, if possible.

BUT... who do I contact?  How??  "Chat" is no help and "Tech Support" is not...  Who do I call, email, or???

Thank you for any help possible.
