Error 255:255 - App trial mode for CreativeCloude member

I am an Creative Cloud for Teams member, and my apps (AfterEffects and Acrobat) unexpectedly revert to trial mode. I tried the solutions here http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html , but do not work. The error indicated is 255:255
Help please.
