The upcoming new Creative Cloud features, as well as almost all the Touch Apps, seem to work only in iOS systems--iPhones, etc. What about the Android devices that the rest of us use, including the Samsumg tablets that came with PS Touch installed? Kuhler and Ideas, e.g., are no longer available except for iPad.
