Why have I been charged twice for my cloud subscription

it would appear that Adobe thinks deaf or hard of hearing people do not use their products, or else why would they insist on calling their help line.

 

Is this in contravention of Disability Discrimination Act (UK) or the equivalent in US.

 

My question is simple, why have you taken 2 payments out of my account.
