I have been facing this problem for the last 48 hours or so. Whenever I click on "Edit Payment Info" button, I get this error:

Error Number:  PMT_000008

I am unable to edit the payment info. My subscription ended on June 7th. However now i cant update it. Secondly I wanted to upgrade from month-to-month to yearly basis. Cant do that also.

I have had 2 chats with the agents and they have told me to call up the technical team. But seems that they are pretty busy, so I have been unable to talk to them.

Any help ?
