Error 110 on download assistant downloading korean cs6 master collection

I am using windows 8, 64bit.

I am trying to download adobe cs6 master collection in Korean.

But when I try to do it, it does well untill about 3/4, and stops. (Error communicating with Adobe.com (Error 110).)

So I downloaded on all of the computers I have, (two windows 7s) and they also stopped at about 3/4

I tried to fix this problem with thislink solution 1:

But, It didn’t work.

However, when I downloaded The engligh version, It worked!

How can I download CS6 Master Collection in Korean?
