I thought the Adobe CC apps were to be rolled out on the 17th. Where are they?

I have been a Creative Cloud member with the CS6 versions of the Creative Suite apps for more than a year. It was my understanding that the CC apps would be available today (17th) but my Adobe Updater says my apps are up to date. Have I missed something?
