Cannot update creative cloud?

I installed photoshop CC and illustrator CC before. So I wanted to launch creative cloud to install acrobat. So I opened application manager. It asked me to update it instantly. I press update and it download the update on its own.

After waiting for some times, it prompt a pop-up saying "cannot update Creative Cloud'. WTH is going on?

So I press update on the right hand side. It asked me if I allow change on the computer.
