"are you sure you want to quit? quitting will cancel any application installations."

Hi all -

I'm using Mac OS 10.8.4, and ever since the latest CC update, which I love, I now get the message:

"are you sure you want to quit? quitting will cancel any application installations."

...whenever I restart or shut down. Not a huge deal...but a little annoying. Is there a workaround, solution, or do I have to quit the CC app every time I shut down or restart to not have to see this every single time?
