Creative Cloud Nightmare

I will have had my creative cloud account for a year next month. In the last 2 months I have had many issues with Adobe Manager and spent hours in online chat to resolve. The fix always turns out to be renaming the OOB folder and reinstalling the manager. Which I had done 4 times.

 

Now with the CC desktop application it is just as bad if not worse. At this point when I open CC connection it fails. Sometimes with an error code, sometimes not. It does this becuase when I open it says I need to update this tool. It worked for the first week kind of.

 

So yesterday about 3pm I decided to unistall all my CS6 apps (CC membership) as now I have the same apps in CC. At 9pm I still was unistalling on a extremly fast gaming quality computer.

 

So this morning at 6am I continued to uninstall my CS6 apps untill 7:30.

 

I need this to work, I need the CC desktop app to work, I have wasted many hours just getting nowhere.

 

Whenver I online chat I give all my information to at least 3 people. The first person referrs me to someone else. The second person gets all my information again and asks my the same questions as the first person. Then send me to the higher tier person ... same thing all over again. It's brutal.

 

Please recommend a solution for me.
