Creative Cloud App Language and "disappearing" apps

I'm aware of the bug in Adobe's Application Manager (AAM) around the app language setting. This is the one, where if you have installed an app (any Photoshop) by agreeing to the English (International) user agreement... the Application Manager will think it is NOT INSTALLED if you have any other language selected in Preferences > Apps > App Language - even English (North American).

THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING.

When I installed AAM and all my Adobe CC apps, it was all done under English (International).

So this morning I noticed that my Creative Cloud AAM connection had gone offline. I've never seen this happen before so I signed in again because I wantd to use Photoshop. Lo and behold, all my apps have "disappeared" from AAM. I checked the app language setting in AAM and it was still set to English (International).

To "bring" all my apps back to an installed state in AAM, I had to change the app language setting to English (North American).

Does this mean that from this point onwards, I will need to install any new apps/updates under the English (North American) terms and agreements? What happens if I forget and inadvertently select English (International)?

Adobe, have I mentioned this is REALLY ANNOYING?

Looking forward to any help/tips on this topic.

Cheers,

Aundray
