None of my Adobe Apps open in Creative Cloud

I downloaded the recommended Java update. None of my Creative Cloud apps will open. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, made a new user name and tried in safe mode, nothing works. I spoke to Adobe Tech Support after waiting over an hour on hold, the tech ran me through several useless procedures and then told me he wasn't familiar with the Mac OSX and had to escalate it to a level 2 tech. They were supposed to call me yesterday within 4 hours. No Call and now on Saturday I'm told I can talk to Tech Support on Monday by a 'live' chat specialist.

 

So, I'm out of business until I get this resolved and everyone seems to be pushing it to someone else or somewhere else.

 

Any ideas?
