Why is something so expensive such a pain in the butt to use? I had hoped to involve two others in a Team account. Now there is no way. The latest issue is Bridge just disappearing. So why can't I just download the dang thing and re-install? Nope. Why can't I get through to tech help? Why is there not a straight forward way to set a call back? Why are there horrible rumors about proprietary code and raising fees down the road on top of such abysmal service? I have been using Adobe for years hoping they would finally get it and start gearing to be a web tool rather than twisting the web into magazine format. Instead it is getting worse and more difficult to use on top of that. Tutorials are worse than ever. The help system is good when it is there at all, but that is dicey at best. If it is going to be a professional tool it should at least be dependable. I have had three major crashes so far. One I managed to dig out of. The second a tech was helpful but likely is the reason I no longer have Bridge. Now, it is just wrong that I can't simply download and re-intall Bridge. I can easily see why some are beginning to refer to the product line as Adopey.
