Hi guys ...
New to Creative Cloud and had a number of updates available today. Most of them installed fine, but DW CS6 update 12.1.1 just hangs at 12% when installing.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Can't get through to Adobe support ... everything just says "we are busy" (sigh)
The only way I can kill AAM is by restarting the machine once I get to this point, and another attempt to start the update does exactly the same thing
