Adobe team cloud resseller in france

Hi,

My company doesn't want to be charged every month but would rather buy years's subscription.

My usual adobe resseller told me to wait til mid january 2013, but until now, there's no stock to purchase.

And I can't find any retailer with stocks.

I can google it and find many ressellers, but no availability.

Is there any release date ?
