Hi,
Im having problems regarding payments to adobe.
I have 1 payment I want to continue and 2 others which are a mistake on my account.
One of these payments is the Creative Cloud membership (one-year) @ $62.99 and the other 2 are Student Memberships @ $14.99.
I want to cancel the 2 student membership. I checked under both accounts under Products and Services and they do not exist.
I then called Adobe Support Australia and they too cannot find such memberships nor can they track any other payment besides the $62.99 to my bank account.
Is there anyway around this? Or can they really not find history of transactions between them and my bank account. It just seems a bit - silly.
Can anyone help me with this?
