Cloud questions and feedback from longtime Adobe user

Hi.  Decided to take the plunge on the cloud.

I was pretty excited at first but as this looks like a C students work in progress, I toned my enthusiasm down and realized this isn't ready and lets be patient.

So, I have some questions and comments.

1. I want to use your web services but am having trouble finding them. When I go to Apps and under Other Services I click learn more on Business Catalyst.  That link goes to a page that tells me to download Muse and Dreamweaver as step one.  ok I have those, then step 2 is push your site live and some details about having 5 sites.  is that all there is? I have a site in mind I'd like to try out with you.

2. The Cloud home page should be an awesome area full of great widgets. Training I might like, short cuts for adobe products that cycle through, a widget with a forum discussion I'm involved in, a small adobe story window I'm typing into, latest videos from scott kelby and the goofy crew, images from other cloud members widgets, the possibilities are endless.

I should be checking my cloud page and using it to help my work flow. and in some part through osmosis with the keyboard shortcuts. you guys used to have this great air app with all these keyboard shortcuts and it vanished.

3. Over all your site and product roll out situation is a total mess. It is very difficult to find the services that Adobe offers. For instance I came across this Adobe product that looks like a basecamp kinda thing. That was last week. I cannot find it today.

This ties into whatever kind of mess happened with your touch screen apps. There is training and store items scattered all over the place for items that have been pulled or are mac only. its very random. I did get the photoshop touch app and its ok. without alpha channels its still Fischer Price kindercare territory.  its obvious there is some sensitivity around these apps so we'll leave that be. if that air shortcut app is still around I'd appreciate a link.

There needs to be consolidation and better training. its ten million square icons and services that are unclear. There should be plenty of training that is  easy to go through. I've always found the training on Adobe very difficult to read and process. its wordy with a small font and very technical and humorless . so everyone turns to outside sources.  there was some nice training on the touch app though. I could easily read it quietly and learn from it.

Main Questions:

______________________________________________________________

How can I start hosting a site with you? Is that stuff ready?

Where is this Adobe basecamp service I mentioned?

Is that old Air shortcut app still around?

Adobe Air is awesome and you've hardly done anything with it. It would be ideal if the cloud was this central place to go for all things adobe. Think of making more training that people can quietly look at on their mobile device and process. little things here and there to help everyones work flow.

as it is now, this is a C-. There's nothing to it.

Plus my enthusiam was further dampered by having to deal with your horrible phone support which is a giant nightmare every single time. I'm really sick of that.

I want to be excited to open up my adobe cloud home page and see whats there. I hope someday soon I am.

thank you for your time.
