My troubles started in Dec 2012. A paid normally my subscription, but on the website it viewed like my subscription is expired and I have 30 days to renew it.
I manually paid the following bill, the transaction was success and received the correct bill. But online it look like I paid twice for Dec 2012.
For now my subscription is like hell. I must renew my subscription on everey program start. The renew is always success, but the programs still not working properly, like Premier or Media Encoder.
Is there anyone who is in the same situation? Is there any solution for this?
I already tried fix it with the chat support, but they don't know anything. The chat support ask me to get help my local distributor, but they said they haven't the access to solve problems like this.
Please someone help me out.
