I have a one-year Creative Cloud subscription that began in August 2012. Today when I tried to open a Creative Cloud application, I received an alert saying "Your trial has expired." I tried various options but was unable to avoid the alert and launch the application.
(From past threads it appears this problem has occurred before for other people.)
I then tried "live support" and had an exchange with a representative named "Sal," who confirmed via my order number that my subscription is current and in force. However, he was not able to resolve the problem. He said that it is a technical issue and that my only option is to call phone support during their regular office hours Monday through Friday.
Since I am stuck and unable to finish any of my projects that I need to get done over the weekend, does anyone know of anything I can do other than wait until Monday, call, wait on hold, etc.?
