Last year I purchased cs6. Few weeks ago I subscribed to Creative Cloud. Do I need to uninstall my old CS6?
When I go to my Adobe application manager I don't see "Launch the App" button any more.

Adobe Application Manager - Download Error
I've just installed the Adobe Application Manager and I get presented with a Download Error (503) and nothing else. Not the best way to start off a Creative Cloud licence really!
I've been trying for half an hour now.

We have the VIP but Cloud storage is limited to 2GB instead of 20GB
We have 4 seats under the Value Incentive Plan and would like to make use of the Creative Cloud Connection app for storage. Currently the storage limit is showing 2GB instead of the 20GB I believe we are entitled to. I changed my login password this morning, though I'm not sure if the two are connected.

Application Manager Download Error - 503
When launching the Appication Manager it spins for a while and then a dialog box pops-up with Download Error - Code 503, Contact Customer Support. Retrying several times does not help.

I travel a lot, and I'd like to know if I can use creative cloud in countrys not listed in the available ones. (specially southamerica)
Also, have some friends wanting to get a membership, but they live in countrys not listed. If they pay they membership with a listed country credit card, would they can have one?

I cannot open CRW files from Canon 6D in PS6 (Cloud)
The app manager shows it has updates and when I start the update it tells me to quit app manager which in turn terminates the update download.
Advice?

Missing Files
I was renaming folders and rearranging files in my Creative cloud folder. After I was done I synced the changes, and mid way through that sync it threw an error and suggested I turn off sync then turn it back on. After a complete sync I noticed the file structure was correct but I was missing about 6 GBs of files. I checked my other machines and the too were missing the files, I checked the web app and the files were gone there too. Is there anyway to get my files back?

Every time I try to render in AE I get this error message " after effects unable to open file 1610153459" I'm stuck until I find a solution. I've tried some of the solutions I've found on the web, such as using a different drive and changing permissions on drive. While the problem is the same, most of the solutions are for a PC. I have a Mac. Is there a way to fix this?

Photoshop and Bridge freezing
I started using creative suite a few months ago. I always owned photoshop and illustrator, but needed a new Flash and DW apps.
Since my mac was a powerbook from late 2008, I thought the crashing was from older computer. Never happened with before.
Now I just purchased a new powerbook and after two days and reinstalling software, the programs keep frezzing.
What can I do? Shall I go back to my old software? How do I unintalling software?

How do you put CC subscription on hold? I've had it for almost a year,but have been unable to use it because of a bug in AVCHD files. I am told that you can put it on hold until the big is fixed. Please tell me how.

Reinstalling a program
I stupidly uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 without deactivating it (I was trying to fix a "This project contains a sequence that could be be opened" error). Now, the applications manager says Premiere is up to date and won't let me reinstall it. How do I reinstall the program?

School Network uses a SSL Filter. Activation of Log In Fails. Need list of Hostnames to Whitelist.
Our school's network has a Bloxx filter that blocks SSL traffic unless we whitelist hostnames. My activation of my creative cloud apps (like Photoshop) does not work and it is because our filter is blocking the SSL traffic to Adobe's activation servers. I am looking for a list of hostnames that should be whitelisted. Hopefully I can get a list directly from Adobe.
As an example, Google provides this list for users of Chromebooks on a SSL filtered network.
Special setup for networks with SSL content filters
Domains that have network filtering devices doing SSL inspection generally require a custom Root certificate to be added to the Authorities tab. While this works for most user-driven web requests, some system-level requests do not use this certificate to protect the user against certain kinds of security risks.
To get Chrome devices to work on a network with SSL inspection, you need to whitelist the following hostnames on your proxy server to let these requests to go through without any SSL interception.
