Can I use a friend's credit card for purchasing Creative Cloud?

I tried, but the screen kind of hung when I pressed the continue button after pressing the Continue button.  See the image below:

I tried the customer care, but let's say that they just suck.

I was wondering if anyone has purchased Credit cloud using someone else's credit card?
