I'm being asked for a serial number with my Creative Cloud Team account.
I've had an issue where the Application Manager asks me to license the software, so I followed the steps to do so. I eventually grew tired of taking that additional step, so I followed the steps to uninstall/reinstall the cloud software. I wasn't prompted after that.
I switched my account from a personal subscription to a business subscription a couple of months ago and have received an email indicating that my personal subscription would expire soon. I figured that would be fine considering that I now have a business account. I mean, I'm still being charged for the team, and even though I'm using the same email, I figured it wouldn't be an issue.
I logged in today, and now the Application Manager is asking me for a Serial Number. I have footage to edit, and I have no access to Premiere.
Help?
