Why am I billed twice?

Hi,

I just "stumbled" across this while doing my books and was quite surprised to find out that I actually have 2 memberships running after a few "what the hell?"-moments. However, I only signed up for 1, roughly a year ago. For some reason, in my creative cloud account information, I see 2 memberships for one Adobe ID?

This is quite a bummer! Since all the payment happens automagically and on the "we received your payment" info e-mail isn't even a date when the credit card transaction was initialised, nor some kind of transaction number, but most importantly .. no indication to which contract or membership this bill belongs, there's literally no way to figure this out. And I'm not the person checking every transaction 3 times on my CC bills.. until now, that is. :-)

What I really wonder though, is how I was signed up for 2 parallel subscriptions to start with and if I can get my money back for the subscription I never used. I'm a one man show, always was. No need for 2 subscriptions..

Also, what's the implications if one of those 2 subscriptions is being cancelled? Does it mean I have to meddle with my local software installation?

Please, let's get this fixed ASAP.

Thanks in advance,

Oliver

edit: Now that's weird... I just checked my email archives and I didn't receive a payment notification for each billing cycle. I can figure out that there's an overlap going on, but I mostly received 1 e-mail per month, so I didn't bother investigating anything.
