With Creative Cloud, Can we run apps on two computers at once?

I'm thinking of jumping from Final Cut Pro to Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

Currently I run Final Cut Pro on two Macs. I often have one processing video segments, while I work on the timeline on the other Mac.

I see that you can have Creative Cloud on two computers, like you could with Creative Suite. Can you or can you not use the apps on your main computer and your 'backup computer simultaneously?' Be it Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop or whatever.

I can't find a clear statement whether that ability has been taken away from us with the move from Suite to Cloud.
